Having spent a fair amount of time being an unenthused gym rat and doing various types of spin, dance, and kettlebell classes, I found myself in horrible shape and needing a change. When my friend Danielle invited me to Bar Method, I had my first class with Aubrey and was hooked. I’ve lost 25 pounds since March, but more importantly I feel that I have control over my health, fitness, and posture. I’ve even picked up some effective ways of explaining how to improve posture, and my music students have shown improvement in their posture! All this to say that Bar keeps me motivated because the results are real and the community is wonderful!
